Oenolist combines a private software workspace with an assisted setup. Your team manages products, producers and approved changes. We configure your branded document templates and support the workflow. PDF generation is activated once your agreed templates are configured and tested.
Yes. The starting scope includes a branded portfolio template and a compact trade price list template, with two rounds of initial design revisions. Send your brand assets and an example of your current documents so we can agree the direction.
We agree your price basis, GST convention, units and pack sizes before setup. You approve the source data and commercial rules. The example on this page shows AUD trade prices per bottle, excluding GST, with six 750 mL bottles per case.
Availability reflects the latest imported source. Live stock integration and a buyer-facing web catalogue are separate extensions that can be scoped if useful. The starting offer focuses on your PDF portfolio and trade price list.
We use 20 representative products to create a sample portfolio and trade price list, then test at least two successive updates. Together we agree how to check codes, prices, units, vintages, availability and edition dates. Timing, acceptance criteria and the correction or refund arrangement are set out in the written pilot proposal.
